She had a follow up spleen scan in nuclear medicine as asplenia or polysplenia often is present with dextrocardia. After hours of torture, they found that she has a spleen.
Today, we wait and see. She is asymptomatic and looks like a normal healthy almost-toddler. She is "balanced" as they like to say. If she remains this way at or around age 5 they will begin to look at surgical options.
