We are the Uncle and Aunt to a wonderful little boy named Nathan who was born on July 7, 2005. We are a small very close family.

2 days after Nathan's birth, his parents where able to take him home from the hospital. Early in the AM the next day (less then 12 hours after arriving home) Nathan's parents new something was not right and rushed him to the hospital. Shortly there after he was taken to the local children's hospital. This is where he was diagnosed with HLHS.

We hope that Nathan will be able to have the first operation (Norwood) on Monday July 18th, 2005. This is where we are right now, spending as much time in the hospital as possible to support his parents and get as much time with our little fighter as possible.

Treatment: Set for the Norwood Operation, hopefully on July 18th.
