Al-Tayeb at home on his 26th Day
Al-Tayeb on his 50th Day
Our first baby Mohammed was born in Abu Dhabi, UAE with HLHS. We did the first surgery in SKMC in Abu Dhabi but he didn't improved because of infection. He passed away on his 37th day. Our Second child was born in March 1, 2010 and was diagnosed as HLHS the same case as his late brother. On his 3rd day the doctor did the first surgery in SKMC after 15 days he discharged to continue his medicine and feeding at home. Unfortunately last week he faced some complications an infection and a need to enlarge the opening between the left and right upper chambers of his heart. Now he is suffering some kind of edema and liver disorders. We are praying for him to pass this critical phase.

— Ahmed and Layla, Al-Tayeb's parents (Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.)
