We are temporarily unable to accept additional portraits.
Please write to portraits@tchin.org
and we will notify you when we can once again accept submissions.
To remove a portrait, please use the
Contact Us form.
Be sure to provide your child's name (first and last) and birthdate.
To add a portrait to the gallery, you must be a member of the Congenital
Heart Information Network. Click
here or on the banner at the bottom right
for more information. If you are currently a
member of the
Congenital Heart Information Network, please submit or update your
portrait by clicking one of the two buttons below.
